Multifunctional and future-proof
The 'Square One' office complex is located on the Geel ring road. The complex has six floors consisting of workstations, meeting rooms, assembly and stock rooms and shared facilities, making it a multifunctional building. Its sleek appearance and the various options it has to offer make the building future-proof.
User-friendly system
On behalf of Vansant, we fitted the six floors with a Helvar lighting management system. Using our DALI router solution, our specially designed SAPP sensors seamlessly concealed in the ceiling and a BACnet link, the light management was fully automated. As a result, the end customer decided not to need local physical control panels to switch the lights. In this project, it was essential for the building to be future-proof and flexible. The building must be easily subdividable so that different tenants can move into their own zones. Our lighting management system ensures that the lighting in each zone can be set and changed separately. Furthermore, a total of 13 touchscreens have been installed in central areas to allow easy control of the lighting.
