Sustainable project
Circl is an existing and sustainably designed pavilion on the Zuidas in Amsterdam. The realisation of Circl is an initiative of ABN AMRO to share knowledge about circularity.
The current lighting management system no longer met user needs. During its replacement, a sustainable approach was adopted. For instance, the existing wiring was reused for the DALI control in a large part of the project.
Customised visualisation
The lighting in the building is controlled in various ways. Sensors were used to detect motion and daylight, ensuring that the lighting is only on when it is needed and at the level it is needed. We also realised a customised visualisation in the ABN Circl house style for a 10″, 15″ and 21″ touchscreen. Via one of the touchscreens, the lighting can be controlled and set from a floor plan, and you can also use the touchscreen to control the lighting per zone. Finally, one has the option to create their own scenes in the lighting and save them.
