State-of-the-art building
Property developer ION is a real estate investor specialising in complex projects. ION is located in the Waregem Business Park. This is a state-of-the-art building designed by the renowned architectural firm 'Govaert & Vanhoutte'
The building is equipped with a central light management system that includes special SAPP sensors in the climate ceiling. For manual control, ION chose push buttons from Niko in combination with our 445 input modules.
The installation was carried out by installation firm Clever from Lievegem. Clever successfully completed the daytime training at our office in Sint-Niklaas, which enabled them to commission the system themselves.
