Cure Waste Management

Cure Afvalbeheer is a partnership of the municipalities of Eindhoven, Geldrop-Mierlo and Valkenswaard. They collect household waste from over 135,000 households and provide separate collection of old paper, plastic and glass. Cure is committed to recycling materials to contribute to a clean and waste-free society.

Cure's new office in Eindhoven was developed entirely from this circular idea. Many different types of materials originating from the waste disposal site have been incorporated in the building. In addition, solar panels, heat exchangers and heat pumps ensure that the building is energy-neutral.

On behalf of Bam Bouw en Techniek, we supplied the lighting management system. Our system controls all lighting using our DALI routers. Many non-DALI lights are also included in the system by applying 4 and 8-channel relay units. All blinds are also included in the system. The combination of the 490 motor controller, a weather station and the wire- and battery-free EnOcean switches ensures user-friendly control of the blinds.

Sensors, time controls and a touchscreen are used to control the lighting. The touchscreen also displays faults and alarms from the MIVA toilets, PV system, lifts and the burglar system.

To ensure quick and efficient installation of the system, we delivered the components in assembled cabinets.
