The lighting of BMW and Mini's new premises along the A10 motorway is fully equipped with intelligent DALI lighting control. The building covers an area of 24,000m2 and features a world first with BMW's new electric automotive concept.
The lighting of both the workshop, the showrooms, the car park and the exterior lighting can be controlled via a touchscreen. Energy saving and comfort played a major role during the design phase, while safety and ease of use were also taken into account. By using the open standards DALI and Ethernet, the reliability of the system is guaranteed.
