Village accommodation the Dres in Nibbixwoud is a multifunctional centre. It includes a grand café, hall space and a sports hall. In addition, several sports and community associations use the Dres.

The new building is mainly equipped with switchable lighting. Helvar relays and dimmers are used to switch the lighting. This lighting is controlled by the Helvar network system, based on DALI and Ethernet.
In addition, Helvar supplied several 8" touchscreens to control the lighting at central locations in the building.
