The Atlas Theatre, located on the Raadhuisplein in Emmen, is a multifunctional theatre building. Besides the 2 theatres, the complex has a conference centre, offices and various catering facilities. The Altas Theatre borders the animal park 'Wildlands Adventure Zoo Emmen' and also serves as entrance to the park.

We control all the lighting in the complex, including a link to the DMX lighting in the theatres. In the common areas, control is fully automatic on the basis of time-based controls. This is ideal for the user; the lighting is 99% of the time optimal without the user having to adjust anything. At times when the automatic control is not sufficient, the user can switch the lighting via the central control. The central control also links to the BACnet system and to the alarm.

In rooms that have a changing function but where this cannot be linked to a time of day, the lighting can be operated manually. In the theatres, because of the amount of switching, touchscreens have been used to switch and operate lighting, blinds and sockets.
