Service agreement

Our service subscriptions allow remote access to a project site. This allows us to monitor the lighting control system and intervene quickly in case of malfunctions.

With a new agreement, a service gateway is installed. As soon as it is online, we make a system diagnosis of the DALI system. We share the results with the client. Any existing problems are reported and, if required, can be analysed and solved at a reduced rate.

The options

We offer several standard options so we can provide a suitable solution for every project.

Online subscription

  • Telephone support between 08:00 and 16:30
  • Remote support via service gateway
  • Price depends on number of service hours and number of DALI lines

Support subscription

  • Telephone support between 08:00 and 16:30
  • Remote support via service gateway and on-site visit
  • Price depends on number of online service hours, site visits and number of DALI lines
