Right light for home setting
A new Welfare Campus has been opened in Geel. The building will house the various departments of Centrum Algemeen Welzijnswerk (CAW) de Kempen. Efforts were made to make the atmosphere as pleasant as possible in the new building by means of a homely setting at the residential care, use of colours and materials and the right light.
Shading and lighting control
We realised the lighting management system in the building on behalf of EG-elec. The shading control system was commissioned in combination with the weather station. The lighting and blinds can be operated by means of some 40 control panels connected to a 444 input unit. Because of the diverse audience, it was very important for the system to be user-friendly. This requirement was taken into account in the project from the initial phase through to commissioning.
