Notiz Hotel Leeuwarden, formerly Stenden Hotel, has been renovated. The hotel has been expanded by 8 rooms, has a new lobby and fully modernised rooms. The look is hip, the materials used are natural and sustainable and the technology used meets the latest standards. This ensures that the hotel, which is run by students, is a pleasant environment for guests but also a modern training location.

In the hotel rooms, the Helvar system controls lighting and curtains. A link with the card-reading system ensures that the welcome scene is started as soon as you insert your pass into the card reader. In the hotel rooms, the system is integrated with Hoteza, an app for 'in-room entertainment'. From the app, you can play music, control the TV and order room service, among other things. In addition, guests have the option to control lighting and curtains via the app. Through pre-programmed scenes, guests can adjust the atmosphere completely to their liking.
