A leading international centre in water technology. The centre will be extended with a new building equipped with laboratories and offices. The building will have four floors, be 20 metres high and meet the strictest sustainability requirements.
The BREEAM Excellent certificate was therefore obtained.
Helvar supplies a complete lighting management system on behalf of BAM. All lighting fixtures and emergency luminaires will be equipped with DALI. By means of sensors and an astronomical timer, the lighting is automatically switched and dimmed. A central touchscreen is used for various switches and fault messages.
The complete lighting management system is software-linked to the building management system.
