Job description

As a calculator at Helvar, you play a crucial role in preparing and calculating costs for our projects. You ensure that price proposals for our customers are accurate and competitive. You will work closely with your colleague in the estimating department and the sales team to provide insight into projects from A to Z.

You have an important role in the sales process in which the efficient running of the estimation and submission of quotations to customers is central. Together with your colleague calculator, you are the first point of contact for customers on this subject. You answer the incoming calls and e-mails on a daily basis. With your enthusiasm, you provide the customer with the necessary information about their requests.

You will join a fun team that works together to serve our customers as well as possible. Together with your colleagues, you will be the first point of contact for our customers regarding price requests for projects.

Who are you?

You stand firm and are stress-resistant. Your flexibility, proactive attitude and customer-friendliness are central to customer service. Full of energy, you will work independently in our progressive organisation. Furthermore, you possess:

• A completed MBO education
• Knowledge of and affinity with electrical engineering and/or home automation
• Relevant internship and/or work experience
• Good command of the Dutch language and English is an advantage, both written and oral
• An availability preferably of 32 or 40 hours
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Exact Globe is an advantage)
