Order processing assistant

Job description

As an order processing employee, you will join a fun team that works together to serve our customers in the best possible way. Together with your colleagues, you are the first point of contact for our logistics services.

As administrative assistant for sales orders, you have an important role in the logistics process where the efficient and effective running of order entry and delivery of our products is key. Together with the operations manager, you are the first point of contact for customers on this subject. Every day, you answer the phone calls and e-mails that come in. With your enthusiasm, you provide the customer with information about Helvar's products and services. It is also your job to prepare and ship the material to our customers.

Who are you?

You stand your ground and are stress-resistant. Your flexibility, proactive attitude and customer-friendliness are at the heart of customer service. Full of energy, you will work independently in our progressive organisation. Furthermore, you possess:

• A completed secondary vocational education in the field of administration/logistics
• Relevant internship and/or work experience
• Good command of the Dutch language and English is a plus, both written and oral
• An availability preferably of 40 hours
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Exact Globe is an advantage)
